Rod Barrett is an experienced business leader with an extensive sales and marketing history for multinational companies across Australasia, UK and throughout Asia, including 11 years of senior management with The Coca-Cola Company and over two years with Fosters Group.
His most recent role was as Commercial Director of Ford Performance Racing, where he was a key architect of the team's commercial and on-track success in 2005 and 2006.
Rod's proven management record and experience in the performance motoring industry gives him an intrinsic understanding of FPV's philosophy. Rod will focus on the execution of FPV sales plans and the delivery of a range of exciting new products in 2009 and beyond.
Marin Burela first joined Ford Motor Company in 1984, and has served in a variety of senior management positions in Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Product Development, in Asia, Europe and North America. These Included a number of senior management roles at Ford Australia, where he was last based in 1998.
Marin's strong leadership and broad experience within Ford Motor Company will be vital to driving the successful future of Ford Australia's operations. As a Geelong native, Marin's return to Ford Australia allows him to lead not only of Ford's more strategic global markets, but one for which he has such a strong affinity.
Bryan brings a wealth of high-level corporate experience to FPV through his 30 year career in business administration, manufacturing and marketing. Bryan joined FPV from his previous position as General Manager - Power and Industry Operating Division - of Silcar: a joint venture operation between communications company Siemens Ltd and construction company Thiess Ltd.
Previously, Bryan has held senior marketing and operational positions and has extensive international experience in manufacturing and operational roles, as well as both high-level business restructuring and green field site development.
As Chairman of Prodrive, David Richards' experience in the arena of high-performance engineering and motorsport brings untold benefits to Ford Performance Vehicles.
